We’ll, I am a few days late on this one, but anyways. The crew went up to Shanty Creek in Bellaire, MI over the weekend. Most of them are actually still up there. I didn’t have enough days vacation to stay up there that long.. And really.. 3 days was long enough. Snowboarding is a chore. You see it on TV all the time, people doing flips and flyin down hill. Well it really aint that easy. As everybody told me for the couple of weeks prior to going, I was going to spend most of the weekend on my ass. I did. I give those people who snowboard tons of credit for being able to keep their balance while having your feet strapped to a board while flying down hill. I fell and I fell often. I can atleast say I tried it. For my friends who all enjoy snowboarding, I can see why they would of wanted to stay more than 3 days.. For me.. I am not a cold weather kinda guy, let alone a cold weather sports kinda guy. Either way, the condo was sweet, the crew had a great time, and I got to try something new. So all in all pretty good.
