Well, a couple of days ago, Jackie and I celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary. It was definately one to remember. Jackie and I took our celebrations to New York City. We drove out(yes we drove) Saturday morning at 4:00 AM we downed some energy drinks and took off for the Big Apple. Overall the drive wasnt too bad.. We stopped many times along the way and also made a couple of stops. We wanted to eat at a Sonic Drive-In because we see commercials for it all the time and there are none in Michigan. Well we couldnt find the one in Cleveland.. We are asssuming it was inside one of the stadiums or our directions were way off. We also stopped in a suburb of Philidelphia for a Philly CheeseSteak, which was really good by the way. We made it into NYC at about 6:30 and man was it crazy.. If you have ever wondered why there are lines on the road.. Take a good look at New York.. nobody follows the lines, stop lights or any street signs and the pedestrians do not either.. Walk or Dont Walk.. it didnt matter.. anything was fair game

Because we soon saw that NYC was sooo big we knew we had to take in as much as we could. We went on 2 tours.. one at night by bus and one during the day by boat. Both were good ideas. We learned so much about the history and culture and covered soo much ground in so little time. We also went to a live taping of the David Letterman show on monday which aired monday.. so if anybody taped it.. lemme get a copy please!!!
