At 2:04 PM today I became an Uncle to my brother Richard and his wife Sarah’s baby. Evelyn Frei is a 21 inch long, 9lbs. 2oz. baby. I haven’t seen her yet but from the pictures I have seen she is adorable. I have created a site for Rick, Sarah and Evelyn at http://www.rickandsarahfrei.com. I know it once again has been a while since the last time I post here. I have been on a kick here recently health wise. I have been going to the gym at 4:30 in the morning for weight lifting and after work for an hour of cardio. Yesterday evening, for the first time in over 4 years, my weight has seen the 180 mark. I have spent the last 4 years in the upper 180’s and lower 190’s and I have finally worked my way down to 180. It was actually kinda funny. I took 15 min off my workout, so only 45 min and the scale let me have it. I stepped on the scale and it said 179.9 then switched to 180.0 then 179.9 then 180.0 then 179.0 then 180 and stayed there. It was like it was tellin me I would have given you 179.9 if I would have stayed for the whole hour. Its alright though.. I am doing good and will get there sooner or later.
