Well yesterday was my official Birthday Celebration. It was pretty cool. The whole crew came over and we started off by watching Wedding Crashers. I grilled burgers on my new grill, they were pretty darn good too.. probably my best yet.. what a difference a grill makes. Then the Mario Party came out, the Poker came out and Pool came out and everybody did their own thing. I got to open some presents from everyone. I got a dart board, gift certificates, lottery tickets a tie, a compass and a TENT… Now I can host my own camping trips. Thank you all who got me a present and thank you all who came to my party. It was a blast. Kage was nice enough to post some pictures he took here

Rick is Pregnant
Dec 26
Well not really but Sarah is. This weekend at my families Christmas party, Rick and Sarah announced that they were going to be parents. How crazy is that.. Rick is gonna be a daddy. No doubt he will be a good one. So congradulations to both of them on the big news and I hope that the whole process from pregnancy to college go as smooth as possible. As I am sure you have seen my picture, this is my sorry attempt at “The Gene Machine” where I took different features from both Rick and Sarah and placed them on a babies face in an attempt to predict what the baby will look like. We will see in about 8 and a half months just how close I am.. Hopefully I am not close.. I hope it looks better that I am capible of conjuring up. That is the big new from this weekend.. Yes I got a grill but being an Uncle for my brothers kid was the biggest gift I got this weekend.
Christmas Day 1
Dec 23
Well on Christmas Day 1 it was just Jackie and I exchanging presents. I got the best gift of all. A grill.. and not just any grill.. it is a Weber Gold C which is a really nice grill. Stainless Steel grates, Stainless Steel panels, cart doors, thermometer, warmup basked, warming rack, 36,000 BTU Per hour burners, and 611 square inches of overall cooking area. It is a monster Grill. Come one come all.. I am grillin every day of the year now.. I also got this phat grilling apron, unfortunately as I found from the picture.. it makes me look really really fat. But its all good.. now that I gotta grill that can grill in the winter.. I am cookin.. that means fillets are comin out of the freezer tomorrow for BREAKFAST!!!
King Kong
Dec 19
Today Neil, Ryan, Paul and I went to see King Kong. Having never seen the original.. I didn’t really know what to think or what to expect. One thing I know for sure.. I did not expect it to be a 3 HOUR LONG MOVIE.. I mean… come on now.. But it was a cool movie.. There was King Kong vs. T-Rex’s which lasted about 45 min.. they could of cut that a little shorter but overall a good movie. The graphics were pretty good too. Afterwords we all went out to B-Dubs for some wings to watch the Bengals game.. man they rolled over the Lions.. what a sorry franchise they are.. I am glad I am no longer a fan… Who am I kidding.. I was watching the Lions game.. but was it wrong of me to root for the Bengals.. I am really hoping we lose the rest of our games.. we are really still in it for the Reggie Bush sweepstakes. How terrible would that be if the Lions draft Reggie Bush and ruin his career like they have all the other 1st rounders. Thats all I got for tonight.. good night now..
The Rockettes
Dec 18

Tonight, Rick, Sarah, Aletha, Craig, Jackie and I went to the Fox Theater to see the Rockettes. I will admit, I wasn’t excited to go down there and watch some silly Christmas show. But after seeing them I have changed my opinion. Not only was this a good opportunity to see about 20 pairs of the best lookin legs high kicking all night, they actually put on a pretty cool show. I thought it was gonna be some classic, traditional christmas story with dancing but it really did appeal to the younger generation and was a very non-traditional. The music was upbeat and well… the girls were doing their thing in short outfits. I just thought I would let everybody know.
Possible Scam
Dec 17
I just thought I would share something that ended up not being true but certinately could of been. With rising enery costs, people are struggeling to find ways to pay their high gas bills. My bill was 200 bucks for the month of November, that is alot of money and it isn’e even the cold season yet. Well, In the mail yesterday I received a letter in an envelope that said that there were changes in my account and my account number was one of them. There was nothing else in this envelope but this piece of paper. This document stated that if I have autopayment set up online to be sure to change my account number on there to make sure that the right account gets paid. I logged in online to change my account number only to find that my account number would of only changed by 3 numbers.. kinda odd I thought.. why would the account nubmer change by 3 numbers. I took a look back over everything.. A flimsey envelope, a single, easily forgeable document with nothing more than the consumers enery logo from their website. I started to think this was a scam.. And what a good one.. I had already changed my number in autopayment.
After doing some research and looking on current bills and online account information I did infact find proof that this was not a scam. My account number did change.. but how easy would it of been for me to create the SAME document and mail it to someone else and they change it in their auto payment to pay my 200 dollar bill.
I just think it is kinda funny how society knows that if you get something funny in your email to change account numbers you immediately disregard it.. but we have always trusted postal main when infact we are probably even more vulnerable.
